Choco matcha

  • 200ml of fresh milk
  • 1 dosing spoon of White Chocolate TRESOR (25-30g)
  • 1 coffee spoon of Matcha tea powder (0.5g)

Preparation steps

Step 1

Pour the milk and the Matcha tea powder in a jug

Step 2

Heat the preparation with a steamer for 5 seconds at 45°C

Step 3

Add the dosing spoon of White Chocolate TRESOR, heat again with the steamer during 10 seconds at 75°

Step 4

Pour the preparation in a cocktail glass and decorate with some Match tea powder
